Our work is dedicated towards a computing model focused on visual and AI computing. For two decades, we have pioneered visual computing, the art and science of computer graphics, with our invention of the GPU. The GPU has also proven to be unbelievably effective at solving some of the most complex problems in computer science.
The Corporate Marketing Events team is responsible for conceptualizing/executing high-impact events for our partners and users around the world. This position will support our GTC conference running in March 2025 and regional events that will follow. We're united in our quest to transform the way graphics are used for work and play. We need passionate, hard-working and creative people to help us pursue some of the rare opportunities our technology has built.
GTC showcases the latest breakthroughs from universities, major enterprises and startups. It has been lauded by press and attendees throughout the world for its deep technical dive into the innovations that GPUs have enabled for business and institutions in areas such as artificial intelligence, autonomous driving, graphics, healthcare, robotics, smart cities and more.
What you’ll be doing:Support the content team with event planning and executionHelp manage our content review team meetings, sponsored talks, talk scheduling, and provide our marketing team with content supportHelp handle speaker communications and follow-upAssist with creative requests for eventsHelp plan and manage regional GTC events
What we need to see:Previous experience as a Conference Producer on the Content side (NOT operations)Strong balance of technical savvy, creativity and interpersonal skillsYou’ll have an ability to master new systems easily with little instruction.You can multi-task, be detailed oriented while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCapability to work independently, show initiative and deliver results quicklyAbility to innovate and assist with developing new processes while maintaining flexibility in an evolving environmentExcellent work ethic and problem-solving skills
