Conference Planner (Pharma) - Collaborative Environment

Hello, my name is Thomas Gillitzer and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Conference Project Manager for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Assist with planning, organization, and execution of large-scale meetings that might entail the added complexity of managing schedules across multiple time zones with internal and/or external key stakeholders
• Independently lead the planning & execution of meetings at Congress events, Global Summits, etc (venue & speaker selection, technical AV requirements, catering, agenda setting, contract management)
• Good communication (verbal, written) and presentation skills: can communicate in a timely, thorough, and concise manner and is comfortable presenting information to others at varying organizational levels
• Possess negotiation, interpersonal, and partnering skills: demonstrates some leadership skills, works well within teams, and is effective in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
