Job Description - Confidential Support Staff





Description

  • Perform data entry for related activities and coordinate all work documentation.
  • Triages calls and inquiries from customers.
  • Manage high volume of emails and calls and be able to prioritize appropriately as well as flex when needed. 
  • Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients.
  • Reconciles various CRM reports on a monthly basis. 
  • Must be mechanically inclined with good aptitude and proficiency. 

Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products: Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Has strong organizational and multi-tasking   skills, demonstrates sound judgment and excellent decision-making abilities, and shows a great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines with informational accuracy, and ability to work well under stress.
  • High degree of self-motivation and independent decision making.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
