Configuration Associate, Team Lead

The Configuration Associate Team Lead is responsible for providing functional and technical leadership
to Distribution Center Configuration Associates and temporary workers, as well as performing repair
activities within area of responsibility. Leads Configuration associates and temporary associates within
area of responsibility. Provides backup support to Configuration Supervisor.

This is a 1st Shift position.  M-F 7am-3:30pm

Required:

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse activities.

• Basic computer literacy, with knowledge of software including Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems, and ERP system

• Relative experience of job-related policies and procedures as well as corporate policies and procedures that may impact role functioning

• Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.

• Effectively distributes work, providing performance guidance as needed.

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Effective communication skills.

• Strong job knowledge and training ability. 

• Proficient understanding of the use of a desktop. 

• Ability to read and following written and verbal instructions. 

• Basic math skills.

Salary: USD 25.00 Hourly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
