Configuration Control Engineer

Aitech is seeking a Configuration Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining configuration control processes to ensure the integrity and traceability of our products throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards, while also supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain configuration management plans and procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and version control of product configurations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.
• Develop and maintain configuration management tools and databases.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives related to configuration control.
• Provide training and support to team members on configuration management processes.
• Open new products in the PLM system
• Ongoing support and documentation of products throughout its life cycle
• Managing changes by ECO in PLM Cloud system.
• Preparing Production files, instructions and assembly drawings
• Working with various interfaces and departments in the company (R&D, Logistic, Production and Marketing)
• Supporting subcontractors
• Writing procedures/ECR/ECN

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience in configuration management or similar roles from similar industry.
• Strong understanding of configuration control principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge in military standards - Advantage
• Knowledge in Autocad - Advantage
• Experience with configuration management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards related to configuration management is a plus.
