Required Experience and Skills:

Progressive 4+ years of experience in DoD IT Configuration Management and hardware/software configuration audits.
Proficient in CM tools for inventory control, version control, and data management.
Strong knowledge of change control processes, Change Control Board roles, and CM documentation.
Experience with baseline administration across multiple environments and software development life cycles.
Skilled in the MS Office Suite and database data entry/manipulation.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication skills, including developing management briefings and documenting technical information.

Preferred:

Experience supporting major program reviews and audits (Technical Interchange Meetings, Preliminary Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, Configuration Control Boards, PCAs, FCAs).
Familiarity with DoDI 5230.24, DoDD 5230.25, DoD 5010.12-M, DoDI 5000.02, DFARS 252.227-7013/7014, and related databases (ASSIST, MICT).
