Job Title: Lead Data Quality and Reporting Analyst
Job Description:
Oversee CRM data quality
Responsible for maintaining a high level of data quality through analysis and review of data used across CRM and PowerBI
Monitor and identify data quality issues across all CRM applications including Sales, Provider, and Vendor
Develop annual data quality strategic plan
Lead data remediation efforts
Form and lead cross functional teams to ensure high data quality
Implement steps to address data quality root cause e.g. data field setting, training etc.
Make decision recommendation at critical project juncture
Undertake analytical reporting
Responsible for PowerBI administration activities
Build automated reports and dashboards using PowerBI
Understand business requirements and design reports based on specifications
Develop ad hoc report requests
Have knowledge of database fundamentals
Create change management plans to ensure adoption of reports and iterative improvements
