We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Confirmation Specialist whose primary focus is to ensure that tomorrow is fully confirmed and ready to go. 

What You’ll Do: 
Your mission is simple: Make tomorrow happen. You'll be the key link —confirming, communicating, and coordinating to ensure every scheduled appointment is locked in and ready for success. 

Your Key Tasks: 

• Confirm and communicate with customers about their appointments for the following day through calls, texts, and emails. 

• Verify appointment details and manage last-minute updates professionally 

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system, including routine data clean-up 

• Identify and escalate scheduling conflicts or issues promptly 

• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 

• Ensure all interactions with customers and team members are positive and professional 

What You Bring: 

• Clear and professional communicator, both over the phone and in writing. 

• Exceptionally organized with a strong eye for detail. 

• Comfortable using phone, text, and email for professional communication. 

• Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment. 

• Experience with CRM systems or scheduling tools preferred. 

• Prior experience in customer service or call center is a strong plus. 

• $20/hour
