In this role, you’ll be the voice of Window Nation for prospective customers, ensuring appointment details are accurate and schedules run smoothly. You’ll report to the Lead of the Confirmations Team and play a critical part in creating a positive first impression with every interaction.
Core Responsibilities
- Review and validate customer lead information to meet market eligibility requirements
- Confirm and update appointment details with customers via outbound calls
- Provide prompt communication around reschedules, cancellations, or changes
- Act as a resource for sales management to resolve scheduling or lead-related questions
- Document confirmations, updates, and call outcomes accurately in company systems
- Partner with sales team members to ensure calendars stay up-to-date and conflict-free
- Deliver courteous, professional, and solution-oriented customer interactions
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma GED or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a call center, customer service, or sales support role
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Clear, professional verbal communication skills with a professional phone demeanor
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Independent decision-making and ability to make sound judgment
- Positive, team-focused mindset
$20.75 - $20.75 biweekly
