CONFIRMATION SUPERVISOR

Position Overview:

The Confirmation Supervisor is responsible for providing oversight to the Brightree sales order delivery confirmation process for all sales orders regardless of delivery method. The focus is to ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and timely through the delivery confirmation process step, regardless of delivery method (driver, rehab tech, clinician, ship from branch to patient, ship from manufacturer to patient). This position reports to the Inventory Control Manager.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and issue written and oral instructions to expedite workflow
• Provide feedback and engage in ongoing open communication with direct reports
• Ensure team follows established policies, procedures and training guides
• Assist with maximizing company’s software (system) capabilities and ensure system is accurately maintained
• Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
• Investigate and work with various teams to correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory in order to process orders
• Advise management of findings regarding common issues including, but not limited to, serial number discrepancies, inventory quantities, order creation, physical delivery, Item IDs, etc.
• Perform process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity, and efficiency
• Ensure that the confirmation team completes the closure of all delivered orders accurately and timely
• Any other tasks as required fulfilling SG Homecare needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Brightree Delivery Confirmation Experience required
• High School diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years college degree/certificate preferred.
• 4+ years of related experience working in similar industry strongly preferred
• 3+ years leading a team preferred
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered
• Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) required.
• Comfort using heavy work-machinery, office machinery.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of shipping regulations.
• Leadership skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
