Role Description:
The Conflict Resolution Specialist is responsible for resolving UGC platform catalog ownership conflicts between Orfium clients and 3rd parties. This includes researching the details of the conflict, regularly coordinating outreach between clients and 3rd parties and taking any necessary resolution actions to settle the catalog ownership conflicts. Accurate tracking of actions taken and all communication is essential. This position reports into the Catalog Management for Publishers Supervisor, Conflict Resolution (“CMPub Supervisor”) and includes any ad hoc tasks delegated from the CMPub Supervisor. This position requires a thorough understanding of music publishing and copyright, a data driven analytical mindset and extreme attention to detail.
Hourly rate: $27/hour.
