  • Facilitate Strategic Onboarding: Engage with candidates and Recruitment to gather necessary details for conflicts clearance; brief incoming attorneys on intake policies and waiver strategies.
  • Support Client Transitions: Assist with client/matter registration and liaise with Records for file retrieval to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Conflicts Clearance, New Business Intake, Legal Ethics Committee, and General Counsel’s Office to resolve complex conflicts issues.
  • Mentor and Train: Support the Manager in training junior Conflicts Intake Specialists and fostering team development.
  • Drive Results Independently: Manage tasks with minimal supervision, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards under pressure.
  • Contribute to Responsible Business: Participate in firm-wide initiatives that promote ethical and sustainable business practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of legal conflicts research and analysis preferred; alternatively, 5+ years of law firm or legal industry experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Experience with Elite 3E Conflicts Database a plus.

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Flexibility for additional hours as needed.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the firm’s strategic growth while ensuring ethical compliance and operational excellence. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy solving complex problems, we’d love to hear from you.
