Entry-Level Construction Accountant – Full Time
Location: Chicago, IL | On-Site

Francis Construction Group is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented college graduate to join our growing team! We’re looking for someone who values long-term career growth, stability, and consistency — not just a job. If you enjoy becoming skilled in your role and contributing to a team over time, this could be the perfect fit. What You’ll Do:

Learn QuickBooks for daily accounting tasks

Assist with certified payroll & union reporting

Support bank reconciliations

Help with accounts payable & receivable

Track job costs & maintain records
