Construction Accountant/PM Coordinator: $60K - $65K

TGG's client in Summerville is seeking a Construction Accountant with experience communicating with Project Managers to join their established team.

Schedule: 5 days in office

Compensation: $60K - 65K (DOE) + Benefits

Position Overview:

• Maintain physical files for AP/ AR.


• Sync QB with bill.com daily and fix any errors that arise


• Process Invoices through bill.com for payment,


• Code Payroll and fuel expenses by job


• Verify expense reports


• Obtain and file project permits


• Gather, organize, match & input aggregate & Soil Materials


• Submit vendor applications


• Work with Project Managers and Safety Managers to maintain site-specific safety data sheets


• Obtain and file project permits.

Qualifications:

• AA in accounting or a related field is preferred


• 3+ years of general accounting experience is required.


• Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is required.


• 1+ years of Construction accounting experience is required.
