Job Position Description:

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with water, fire, and mold mitigation projects, including cleanup, demolition, and restoration tasks

Support construction team members with framing, drywall, painting, and other general labor tasks during the rebuild phase

Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris, organizing materials, and following all safety protocols

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed

Work alongside crew leaders, project managers, and other team members to meet project timelines and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction, demolition, or restoration preferred but not required

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to safety

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and overtime as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

PuroClean of Southlake, Keller & Northwest Fort Worth offers a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package that includes a generous health insurance plans (medical, dental and vision), life and disability insurance and PTO.

Hourly rate of $15.00-18.00/hr commensurate with experience
