Construction & Real Estate Law Associate - High-Stakes Projects (Hybrid)

We’re seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience in real estate or construction law to join a nationally ranked legal team handling complex, high-stakes development projects across the U.S. and internationally. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients through the entire lifecycle of development and construction projects—from planning to operations
• Draft, negotiate, and review sophisticated construction agreements including AIA forms, EPC, design-build, and manuscript contracts
• Assist in complex real estate and construction transactions, collaborating with internal legal teams and external stakeholders
• Conduct due diligence, legal research, and compliance analysis for high-value developments
• Support or lead dispute resolution efforts including litigation and arbitration for issues such as delay claims, construction defects, and contract breaches

• 3 to 5 years ONLY of experience in real estate or construction law at a reputable law firm
• Strong foundation in both transactional and/or litigation work within the construction or development sector
• Excellent legal writing, verbal communication, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment
• Admission to the New York or Missouri Bar and in good standing

Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 (based on experience)
