Construction Assistant - Urgent Hire

Local contracting company seeking a production assistant to support in the day-to-day activities of the business. This position is temporary with the potential to go permanent depending on business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

1. Assists the Production Manager with all scheduling, purchasing and related tasks

2. Primary contact for scheduling requests from customers via phone, email, text etc

3. Light scheduling under Production Manager supervision (no experience required)

4. Enters material, invoices and payroll data

5. Downloads Supply Pro Production items from customer portals

6. Manages Production paperwork needed for jobs and file them on a regular basis.

7. Assists in fulfilling month end deliverables.

8. Performs Fleet Administration tasks such as managing the GPS, truck registrations, maintains

vehicle repairs among others.

9. Assists and supports Productions Manager/Office Manager with other miscellaneous job

related duties as needed.
