Job Description
- Represent clients in construction disputes, contract matters, and related commercial litigation.
- Analyze and advise on construction contracts, project issues, claims, and risk.
- Handle matters involving construction litigation, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution.
- Draft and review contracts, pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop effective strategies for complex construction matters.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide practical, business-focused legal guidance.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to manage matters efficiently and deliver high-quality results.
- Develop deeper expertise across construction law while taking increasing ownership of client matters.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey bar license in good standing.
- 1+ year of construction law experience.
- Experience with construction disputes, contracts, litigation, or related project counseling.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to client service.
