Construction AutoCAD Detailer

We are seeking a skilled Construction AutoCAD Detailer to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience producing shop drawings and coordinating construction documentation. The AutoCAD Detailer will play a key role in supporting project execution through accurate drafting, documentation, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed shop drawings for (

  Sheet metal flashing, Trims, Metal roof and wall panels, Specialty metal items)

• Use AutoCAD daily to develop and revise drawings (Revit/BIM experience is a plus).

• Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Research and compile product data and technical documentation.

• Coordinate, track, and manage drawing revisions from project portals and FTP sites.

• Assist with submittal packages, RFIs, and RFCs.

• Perform QA/QC checks prior to submission.

• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (B.S.) or 1–4 years of relevant construction/drafting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to interpret architectural and construction drawings (Revit/BIM experience a plus)

• Minimum of 1 year of direct AutoCAD drafting experience preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage drawings and documentation accurately
