Job Summary:
Tegrity Contractors is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Construction Bid Document Coordinator with a background in architectural design. This role is responsible for organizing, preparing, and managing bid documents for commercial construction projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements. The ideal candidate bridges design intent and construction execution, leveraging architectural knowledge to support clear, coordinated bid packages.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Compile, review, and coordinate bid documents, including drawings, specifications, and addenda

  • Collaborate with architects, estimators, and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately reflected

  • Identify discrepancies or gaps in construction documents and facilitate resolution

  • Maintain document control systems and version tracking throughout the bidding process

  • Assist in scope clarification and subcontractor communication during bid phases

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements


Qualifications:



  • Background in architecture, architectural drafting, or related design field

  • Experience with commercial construction documents and bidding processes preferred

  • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and document management systems

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
