About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Cleaning to join our team. As a Construction Cleaning, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. Your strong work ethic, punctuality, and excellent attendance will contribute to the efficient and timely execution of our construction operations.
Position Overview
As a Seasonal Construction Cleaning, you will support construction projects by preparing and cleaning job sites, moving materials and equipment, and assisting skilled tradespeople with assigned tasks. Responsibilities include loading and unloading supplies, removing debris, and digging. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and work safely and efficiently in various weather conditions.
Schedule
- Full-time seasonal position
- Work schedule 7:00AM to 5:30PM
- Overtime and weekend work may be required based on project needs, weather conditions, and operational demands

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and keeping work areas organized.
- Follow supervisors’ instructions to complete manual labor tasks.
- Follow site safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Promptly report equipment problems, unsafe conditions, and job site hazards to the supervisor.
Qualifications
Required:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to assigned job sites
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
Preferred:
- Previous construction or general labor experience
- Basic knowledge of routine care and maintenance of construction tools and equipment.
Working Conditions
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity
- Work performed outdoors on uneven terrain and active construction sites
- Use of construction hand and power tools; operation of machinery only when properly trained and authorized.
- Exposure to dust, dirt, and construction debris.
