Job Description - Construction Cleaning Labor with Driving

** Get hired with and receive a $500.00 bonus after 90 days **
 - Must have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
 - Must be able to pass MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD CHECK

Pay: $15.50 per hour PLUS  Over time (time and half) Non-negotiable




Shift: 



  • Days: Monday-Friday


  • Start Time: 5:00am - 5:30am


  • End Time: 3:00pm-5:00pm

  • Weekly Overtime

  • Weekly Pay


Qualifications:


  • Must Have A Valid Driver's License

  • Must have 1 year Experience in Construction or Janitorial Background

    • Construction General Labor Experience is preferred

    • Construction Cleaning experience is preferred




 Responsibilities:


  • Daily operation of a Company Vehicle

  • Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, walking/standing, and climbing ladders as needed.

  • Wear protective equipment to minimize exposure to hazards and injuries, including hard hats, safety glasses, safety vest. 

  • Site Cleanup

  • Debris Removal

  • Perform rough and finals cleanings post construction.

  • Wipe down ceiling fixtures, fans, lights, mechanical registers, walls, cabinets, windows, sills, mirrors, baseboards, counters, appliances, and other fixtures.

  • Detailed sweeping, mopping, scraping, and vacuuming floors. 

  • Window Washing

  • Apartment Unit Final cleaning

  • Utilizing Floor Machines

  • Floor Waxing

  • Buffing Floors

  • Other duties as assigned.
