Work arrangement: Hybrid - This is a hybrid position with 3 days in-office.

Compensation: $154K - $195K base

Experience: 4 - 8 years

Bar admission: Active admission in any US state

About the opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a well-established commercial litigation group with a collaborative culture. The firm seeks an Associate with a concentration in construction litigation.

What you'll do

• Handle construction litigation matters independently.


• Manage a caseload with approximately 1,900 billable hours.


• Conduct legal research and draft briefs.


• Develop case strategy for construction disputes.

What you bring (required)

• Direct construction litigation concentration.


• Admitted to NJ Bar or able to waive in.


• Stable tenure history.


• Strong law school GPA (transcript required).


• Able to commute to the office 3 days per week.
