📍 Onsite ~ Port St Lucie, FL

Are you a hands-on Controller with experience in construction accounting and Foundation software? Our client is hiring for a key leadership role for their Stuart, FL office. This role is full-time and 5 days onsite.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee financial statements, P&L, audits, AIA pay apps & lien releases.


• Manage sync between Procore and Foundation accounting systems.


• Collaborate with project teams across 10+ high-end custom home builds and renovations.


• Be the financial backbone of a $30M/year, 25-person luxury construction firm.

Requirements:

✅ Proven Controller-level experience in construction.

✅ Proficiency in Foundation software (non-negotiable).

✅ Working knowledge of AIA, Procore, and lien processes.

✅ Residential construction experience preferred.

✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

✅ Must live within 30 minutes of the office.
