Construction Coordinator

Sheepgate is seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Coordinator to oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance projects both on and off campus. This role combines hands -on construction leadership with mentorship opportunities, helping guide students while supporting the ongoing growth and improvement of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee construction and maintenance projects
  
• Supervise construction crews, students, and subcontractors
  
• Prepare bids, budgets, and project timelines
  
• Order and manage construction materials and supplies
  
• Ensure job sites maintain OSHA and safety standards
  
• Assist with campus repairs, facility improvements, and maintenance needs
  
• Track project expenses and submit documentation accurately
  
• Lead with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Construction experience required
  
• Project management experience preferred
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  
• OSHA certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  
• Valid driver’s license required
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
