Who is Hartizen Homes?
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist homeowners with accessing and submitting warranty tickets through the company system
- Record and maintain detailed warranty notes provided by the construction team
- Support coordination and scheduling of warranty-related work with internal teams and trade partners
- Maintain and distribute weekly warranty reports to ensure visibility and timely follow-up
- Monitor open warranty items, follow up on outstanding work, and escalate delays as needed
- Serve as a liaison between construction teams, trade partners, and homeowners to provide updates and ensure timely completion of work
- Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule warranty repairs and confirm availability
- Coordinate utility setup (water and power) for homes under construction
- Schedule and reschedule municipal and third-party inspections as needed
- Enter and track EPOs (Extra Purchase Orders) for field approvals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within internal systems, ensuring all activities are properly recorded
- Assist with tracking job progress and supporting alignment of schedules, approvals, and inspections with project timelines
- Provide professional and timely communication to support a positive customer experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in residential construction, warranty coordination, or administrative support preferred
- Familiarity with construction software and processes a plus
- Ability to read and analyze construction documents and knowledge of building codes and methods.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple homes under construction simultaneously.
- Ability to interact with team members in a socially acceptable manner daily.
- Must be willing to participate in company cultural events either in house or offsite.
- Must be willing to participate in one-on-one meetings with direct supervisor to keep them informed of professional needs and life events.
- Ability to maintain confidential and proprietary information.
- Ability to work independently, think critically, and exercise delegated decision making.
- Proactive-anticipates needs and takes action.
- Knowledge of Orlando subcontractor base.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
