Worldwide Professional Solutions is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Construction Coordinator to join our growing team in Wilton, Connecticut for a large-scale, complex, retrofit manufacturing construction project.
The organized and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator would support a complex retrofit project in a live, fully operational, high-tech manufacturing environment. This project serves a global leader in the semiconductor industry. This role is well-suited for an early-career professional with 1–3 years of experience in general construction who enjoys being in the field and working closely with both trades and project management. You will help coordinate daily construction activities, track progress, and serve as the eyes and ears of the project team in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day field coordination and ensure work is executed according to schedule
- Assist with managing subcontractor activities and verifying work completion
- Maintain accurate field documentation including daily logs, progress photos, and material tracking
- Help coordinate work sequencing to minimize disruption to ongoing facility operations
- Conduct regular site walks to monitor safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Communicate field issues to Project Manager or Superintendent for resolution
- Support project meetings and assist with tracking action items
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in general construction; experience with retrofit or renovation work in live facilities strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of construction processes, trades, and safety requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Comfortable spending significant time in the field and interacting with crews
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Microsoft Project exposure a plus

$90,000 - $110,000 a year
