Construction Cost Accountant-WIP (El Cajon): $75K - $85K

TGG's client is seeking to a Construction Cost (WIP Focus) Accountant. We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Cost Accountant with Work-in-Progress (WIP) experience to join their established accounting team.

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

Schedule: 5 days in office

Position Overview:

• Maintain and update WIP schedules,


• Analyze WIP reports to identify over/under billings.


• Prepare monthly WIP reports and reconciliations reports.


• Monitor and analyze job costs to ensure accuracy.


• Reconcile job cost reports with the general ledger.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.


• 3+ years of construction accounting experience, with a focus on job costing and WIP accounting.


• Proficiency in construction accounting software.
