What We’re Looking For

We are hiring a diligent Pavement Maintenance Technician/Construction Crew Worker to add to our team in order to better serve our growing customer base. We are looking for a hard worker who is driven and resourceful. We want someone who is eager to move up in the company, learn our process, and grow in skill. You should be able to lift up to 60 lbs. at a time and work unsupervised. Our team places a high value on integrity, communication and excellent service.

● A driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation

● You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail

● Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting

● Experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset

Duties and Responsibilities

Use equipment to perform line painting, crack filling, infrared pot hole repair, seal coating, power washing, and interior coatings

Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project

Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager

Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site

Preferred

Willing and able to travel occasionally on day trips during the week

Compensation: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
