Location: San Francisco, California and the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. This is a hybrid opportunity combining collaborative office time with local client meetings, site inspections, and other case responsibilities throughout the Bay Area.
Note: Candidates must have 1+ year of attorney experience with exposure to civil litigation. Active California Bar membership is required. Construction defect, construction litigation, real estate litigation, or related experience is preferred but not required.

Job Description
- Assist with and manage substantive responsibilities in construction defect litigation matters.
- Draft and evaluate case management orders and related litigation documents.
- Manage, review, and organize discovery throughout the life of a case.
- Conduct legal research and prepare clear, persuasive written work product.
- Participate in property inspections and meetings with clients, experts, and other case participants.
- Communicate directly and professionally with clients regarding case developments and next steps.
- Coordinate with attorneys, consultants, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Track deadlines, organize case materials, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Take increasing ownership of matters as your litigation skills and experience grow.
Qualifications
- Active membership in good standing with the California Bar.
- 1+ year of attorney experience with civil litigation exposure.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client service abilities.
- Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Self motivated and able to take initiative.
- Construction defect, construction litigation, real estate litigation, insurance defense, or other complex civil litigation experience is preferred.
