Construction Electrician

Job Description

• Plan and execute mill electrical projects to code and support the maintenance and repair of plant equipment as needed.


• Safely performing installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on all plant electrical equipment


• Running conduit and pulling wire


• Available to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends when needed


• Willing to travel to other facilities, including Oakdale and Chopin


• Safely installing, troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and maintaining all electrical and electronic plant equipment


• Corrective and preventive maintenance problem resolution

Job Qualifications

A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.

• Must have electrical aptitude and industrial electrical experience, 3 years preferred


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to grasp complex concepts easily


• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed for the organization


• Ability to interpret electrical schematics


• Outstanding attendance record


• Verbal and written communication skills


• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
