Primary Responsibilities

HDR is seeking a Construction Engineer 2 to join our team.Travel is required as project could be anywhere in the Western US.

In this role, we'll count on you to:

Perform complex construction assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection and modification of standard construction engineering techniques and procedures
Conduct project field coordination, documentation, cost monitoring, bidding and scheduling
Receive, issue and track RFIs, submittals and other required data
Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field
Construction engineering experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Microsoft Office, Prolog (basic), Timberline and Primavera
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years civil construction experience

The expected compensation range for this position is $82,082- $134,849 annually/hourly depending upon skills.
