Earthborne Trucks and Equipment is looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to own our Montgomery County territory — our single most lucrative territory in the company. This is a rare opportunity to build a six-figure career selling JCB heavy construction equipment, one of the most respected and recognized names in the industry, backed by 50 years of local reputation and a company that treats its team like family.

We're proud to be an authorized dealer for JCB, supplying contractors, municipalities, and landscapers throughout Pennsylvania with an extensive line of construction, forestry, snow removal, and landscaping equipment — plus 24-hour towing and hauling services across the communities we serve.

Our new state-of-the-art facility in Warrington features an expansive equipment showroom, a fully stocked parts counter, and a modern service department equipped to support every make and model of heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks on the market.

As our Montgomery County Equipment Sales Specialist, you'll represent the JCB brand and the Earthborne name in one of the strongest, highest-potential territories we have. You'll build your own book of business, grow long-term customer relationships, and be rewarded directly for the results you drive — with uncapped commission and realistic six-figure earning potential for the right person.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow the Montgomery County territory, expanding market share through new account development


• Demonstrate JCB equipment to prospective customers and build lasting relationships


• Meet and exceed quota objectives set by management


• Maintain accurate, up-to-date activity records in the company CRM


• Represent Earthborne at industry trade shows and sponsored events


• Bring a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine drive to succeed

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screening


• Minimum 2 years of experience selling construction equipment or in a similar field


• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business


• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills
