TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is a growing company representing Mack Trucks, Volvo Trucks and Volvo Construction Equipment, along with being the Servicing Dealer for multiple other product lines that support the On Highway, Construction and Agriculture Industry. Due to growth, we are currently looking to hire a Construction Equipment Sales Representative.

At TranSource Truck & Equipment, we’re committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive to cover our Eastern Wyoming Territory and help us continue building strong client relationships.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representatives to join our team to cover our Eastern Wyoming Territory. You will be responsible for developing and expanding our customer base within your assigned region.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced outside sales professional with a passion for customer service, relationship-building, and providing tailored equipment solutions based on each client’s needs.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to business growth through strategic territory management, lead generation, and exceptional sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Identify and engage potential clients including contractors, construction companies, and other businesses with equipment needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our equipment lineup.
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiating contracts and pricing.
  • Partner with the Branch Manager to develop targeted sales campaigns within your territory.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  

  • Proven success in outside or B2B sales; experience in the heavy equipment, construction, or related industries preferred.
  • Solid understanding of heavy machinery applications and equipment solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Experience conducting presentations and product demos to a variety of audiences.
  • Familiar with lead generation techniques and territory management best practices.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Territory Coverage & Travel Expectations

  • Eastern Territory: Natrona (east of I-25 & Poplar Street), Sheridan, Johnson, Campbell, Crook Weston, Converse, Niobrara, Platte, Goshen, Albany and Laramie Counties. Eastern territory also includes counties in Western Nebraska.
  • Candidates should reside within the territory and travel requirements will vary based on home residence.
