Construction Estimator

CentiMark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial/industrial roofing contractor with over 100 offices and 3,500 employees. We have an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Government Bid, Construction Estimator to support our Sales Representatives in the Pensacola, FL area.


Job Summary:

• Review bid criteria and assemble project scope to be estimated by detailing specifications, prepare accurate take-offs from architect/construction spec. drawings, & blueprints
• Submit any clarifications or RFI’s pertaining to documentation concerns
• Prepare cost estimates by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
• Ability to compile and prepare project submittals
• Ability to track project change orders
• Able to complete project closeout documentation as required
• Prepare estimates and quotations and detailed proposals using STACK estimating software
• Ability to create and assembly shop drawings specific to scope outlines & bid requirements
• Government background on submittals and RFP’s

• Estimating bid work experience - Required
• Experience with government cost estimation - Highly Preferred
• Experience with Matoc, Satoc, and ROM’s Perferred
• Team player that can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, collaborative environment
• Valid driver's license (in good standing)
