The Opportunity

As our Exterior Restoration Estimator, you’ll play a critical role in evaluating damaged properties, preparing detailed estimates, and working closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and our project management team to ensure each project is executed with excellence.

What You’ll Do

Perform detailed exterior restoration estimates using Xactimate (Simbility knowledge a plus).

Assess damage to roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and other exterior elements.

Prepare accurate and competitive bids for residential and commercial restoration projects.

Collaborate with project managers, insurance representatives, and subcontractors to ensure clarity and efficiency.

Maintain detailed project documentation and stay current with industry pricing trends.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of construction estimating experience (restoration or insurance repair preferred).

Strong knowledge of Xactimate; Simbility proficiency a plus.

Solid understanding of exterior building materials, codes, and repair methods.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
