About The Construction Estimator Position

• The Construction Estimator will accept and evaluate client’s request for constructions proposals


• Provide detailed and accurate proposal for requested work scope from client


• Performs construction biddings services and preparation of cost estimates for client


• Will arrange and attend project pre-bid site visits and assessments


• Reviews bid documents


• Manages proposal process from inception to completion


• Prepare conceptual scope of work drawings for distribution


• Solicit pricing from vendors and sub-contractors


• Locates new sub-contractors and vendors based on geographical areas


• Updates the subcontractor and vendor lists


• Will compile and update historical cost data
