Location: Plaza ONE, near DHA Phase 2, Gate 1, Islamabad

Timings: 2 PM - 11 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator with expertise in painting, remodeling, and general construction. The ideal candidate will prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for residential, commercial, and government projects, ensuring timely bid submissions and alignment with the client’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate quantity takeoffs for painting, remodeling, carpentry, and other trades as required.
Estimate labor, materials, and equipment costs using industry-standard tools and methods.
Collaborate with project managers to develop bid proposals and ensure pricing aligns with project goals and profitability.
Contact suppliers and subcontractors to obtain up-to-date pricing and availability.
Prepare detailed scope of work documents and ensure clarity in estimates.
Maintain organized records of historical data for pricing and job costing.
Support multiple bid deadlines and adjust estimates quickly for changes or clarifications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
3–5 years of estimation experience in painting, remodeling, or general construction.
Proficiency in estimation software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of surface preparation, paint coverage calculations, carpentry takeoffs, and material specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours and meet tight deadlines.
Strong English communication skills for liaising with project managers and vendors.
