Regency DRT is seeking a reliable and motivated Construction Field Assistant to support our Project Manager team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the construction and restoration industry.
You will play a key role in keeping our job sites running smoothly by assisting with material pickups, deliveries, and general on-site support. If you are organized, dependable, and ready to get hands-on, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do
•    Pick up and deliver construction materials to job sites
•    Assist Project Managers with basic job site duties
•    Keep job sites clean, organized, and stocked
•    Support teams with light labor tasks as needed
•    Ensure tools and supplies are transported safely and efficiently
•    Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements

•    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
•    Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
•    Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on active job sites
•    Good communication skills and attention to detail
•    Previous construction or restoration experience is a plus, but not required
