What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Field Supervisor who is ready to lead by example and deliver exceptional results!

⭐ Qualifications

✅ 10+ years of construction field operations experience

• Sunrooms ☀️

• Windows
• Doors

You Should Have:

Expert knowledge of all product lines and installation methods

The ability to quickly diagnose and resolve service issues ️

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Comfort using technology, tablets, and digital tools

Excellent organization and time management

The ability to think quickly and adapt in the field ⚡

A proactive leadership style with outstanding communication skills

The ability to build positive relationships with customers, employees, and subcontractors while delivering win-win solutions every time.

Performance Expectations

Maintain outstanding 90-Day Branch Quality

⏰ Keep projects on schedule according to GDI budgeting timelines

Achieve 90%+ customer satisfaction on service surveys

✅ Apprentice ➜ Installer within 3 months

✅ Installer ➜ Lead Installer within 9 months

✅ Subcontractor fully qualified for installation within 3 months

⭐ Generate online reviews from at least 30% of completed installations
