Construction Foreman

Our crews install everything from basement and foundation waterproofing systems, sump pumps, foundation repair systems, and crawl space encapsulation products, to piering and concrete lifting. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Communicates tasks and other messages to their team before, during, and after each job.
• Motivates, encourages, and recognizes their team.
• Performs high-quality installations, moving job progress to an on-time completion.
• Meets and exceeds key performance indicators established by the company.
• Unloads and cleans the trucks upon return to the company safely, correctly, and efficiently with your team.
• Communicates with the customer throughout the project using the company’s customer messaging.
• Represents the company in a professional manner, including wearing approved company apparel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years of experience in the construction trades preferred.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lb. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lb. of force constantly to move objects.
• Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
• A valid driver’s license preferred (and/or CDL), safe driving record, and ability to drive for the company.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
