What We’re Looking For in a Foreman: In this role, you will lead a crew specializing in concrete lifting and leveling installations throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. You’ll be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily job site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This includes motivating and guiding team members, performing and overseeing technical tasks using specialized equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. You’ll also be expected to communicate professionally with customers, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience that sets us apart from other contractors. Above all, you’ll represent the company with integrity and professionalism, helping to uphold our reputation for excellence. 

What We Offer: 

• Hourly pay + project completion bonus, ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 annually.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• Valid Driver’s License, safe driving record, and timely, reliable attendance. 
• Good communication skills with the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Hard working and committed to workmanship that produces quality results. 
• Team-oriented mindset, and ability to lead a “winning” team. 
• Must have experience in a related field. 
• Ideally this candidate will be located in the Nassau and Suffolk County area working out of our office located at 130 Knickerbocker Ave, Suite O, Bohemia, NY 11716.
