Construction Foreman

We’re looking for a Construction Foreman in Lexington, NE to help us build the Midwest’s leading fiber-driven network.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the "boots on the ground" leader, directing crews in the installation of vital utility infrastructure. You’ll oversee everything from boring and trenching to safety compliance and project budgeting.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in underground construction.
Licensing: Must have a CDL.
Skills: Strong leadership, ability to read construction prints, and expertise in operating heavy equipment (backhoes, skid loaders, etc.).
