Construction Foreman CIPP

Ellingson is hiring a Construction Foreman to join their growing rehabilitation CIPP team. Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in underground solutions throughout Southern Minnesota and the entire United States.

The Foreman will be responsible for the following:

• Manage projects and crew members: Provide for adequate resources and staffing to meet safety needs, regulations, efficiency, profitability, best practices, laws, project schedule and customer satisfaction.


• Ensure all proper safety procedures are followed.


• Ensure all required reporting, including timecards, is completed accurately and timely.


• Coordinate daily tasks: According to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery, and personnel. 


• Build sheets, Prep Lining, Lockout, Bypass, Safe Excavation, Cutters, Monitors, Push Cameras. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of construction rehabilitation and CIPP experience preferred.
  


• Long hours and overtime will be required.


• Travel and overnight stay will be required. 


• Regular travel schedule is a 2-week rotation: on-duty 10 days and 4 days off.


• Familiar with Plumbing, Host Pipe, CIPP, Underground Infrastructure, Repairs, Picote, Brute, JHA.
