Lube Tech | In this role you will…
Diagnose, adjust, repair hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, conveyors, trucks, end dumps, etc. used in demolition/civil.

Draining the oil from equipment and replacing it to manufacturer specifications
Topping off other fluids, including brake, power steering and windshield wiper fluid
Inspecting the engine block and underbody for leaks and potential issues
Checking tire pressure and filling tires with air as needed to manufacturer specifications
Installing new parts, such as air filters, oil filters, windshield wipers and batteries
Lubricating moving parts as necessary, including those in the engine and wheel bearings and ensuring the engine is kept clean throughout servicing
Diagnosing existing issues and consulting with the Shop/Equipment Manager to address issues
Verbal and written communication to the Shop/Equipment Manager

What we look for:

High School/GED
1 to 5 years of experience in related field
Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
Self-motivated, organized, detailed oriented and flexible to help where needed
CDL and HazMat certified/or willing to obtain HazMat certification
