Construction Inspector

Cochran’s Lees Summit, Missouri location is looking for a Construction Inspector to join our team. 

Who are we looking for?  A qualified individual to perform day-to-day construction inspection and reporting of new roadway construction, water distribution, and sewer collection projects.  

Qualifications:

• 10+ years prior experience


• ACI Concrete Field Testing-Grad I, preferred


• Proficiency reading and interpreting plans


• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents


• Familiarity with general construction practices


• Experience with concrete/aggregate/soil/asphalt testing


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
