Construction Inspector - Los Angeles, CA

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Construction Inspector located in Los Angeles, CA. 

Required Education:

• High school diploma (or equivalent).

Required Certifications/Licenses:

• 30-hour Cal-OSHA training prior to assignment (issued 2020 or later)

Required Qualifications:
In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities:

• 5 years or more of experience performing inspection of large-scale Public Works type projects.


• Aviation/Airport experience required including, but not limited to:
  
  
  
  • Runway and Taxiway construction
  
  
  • Airfield painting and markings
  
  
  
  


• Must demonstrate a clear understanding & interpretation of LA City Building Code & ADA requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Must have experience with Asphalt P401 and P501 PCCP construction methods.


• Will need to possess AOA and RACCI(Remote Area Access Control Icon) to perform their duties.

Salary:

• $137,000-143,600/yr.

Bonus Pay:

A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at management’s discretion.
