Rice Lake West, a general contractor building water and wastewater treatment plants in Colorado, has immediate openings for carpenters, laborers, and pipefitters at sites along the Front Range between Pueblo, CO and Fort Collins, CO.

Primary Function - Carpenter

Build wooden structures such as concrete forms, scaffolds, tunnel and sewer supports, and temporary frame shelters according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instruction.

Primary Function - Laborer

Work in a utility capacity by transferring from one task to another where demands require a worker with varied experience and ability to work without close supervision performing a variety of tasks involving dexterous use of hands and tools.  Work may include demolishing buildings, sawing lumber, dismantling forms, removing projections from concrete, counting pipe hangers, and cutting and attaching insulation material.

Primary Function - Pipefitter

Install, repair, and maintain piping systems according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instruction.

All positions require basic to advanced knowledge of construction means and methods.  Typical working conditions require working around live sewage channel with frequent exposure to rain, sleet, snow, dust, mud, heat, sun, cold, noise, and other conditions common to a construction site.
