Job Description - Construction Labor

About Us: Carteret Mobile Park has been providing Manufactured Housing in our Land Lease Community since 1954. This position would work directly with our maintenance manager and construction foreman. This is a manual labor position that will require you to do general maintenance and construction work.

Use of Company Equipment during work hours

Use of Company Power Tools during work hours

Duties

Daily Maintenance of Water and Sewer lines in the mobile home park

Snaking sewer lines with state of the art camera

Working outside on the homes and community roads

Will assist/build concrete foundations for new manufactured homes.

Daily lawn care of community property

Repairs to water and sewer pipes

Assist when new homes arrive

Repairs to new homes: painting, spackling, etc.

Groundskeeper

Collect and dispose of garbage in office and grounds

Dig pipes when necessary

Manual labor position

Renovating older homes a plus

Able to use saw, hammer, other construction tools

Required Qualifications

Reliable vehicular transportation with insurance

Valid Clean New Jersey Driver's license for
Use of Company Dump Truck and Pick up Truck during work hours.

Physical ability to perform manual labor

Working cell phone

Requested Qualifications

Carpentry skills

Plumbing skills

Electrical skills

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
