Crawlspace Medic is seeking a consistent and hard-working individual to assist our production crews in Chattanooga, TN.
Overview: The main role of the Crawlspace Technician/Construction Laborer is to assist the Crew Leaders (structural and moisture) with repair work scheduled by our team. The Crawlspace Technician will also be responsible for other tasks including but not limited to tool inventory and other errands as necessary.
Competitive Pay: base pay of $16.00+ (depending on experience/skill), plus bonus based on production performance
Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is someone who ...
- Has previous experience with construction and repair (preferred), most notably repairs in the crawlspace, including structural repair (sills, girders, joists, subfloors, piers) and moisture remediation (interior french drains, moisture barriers, dehumidification systems).
- Is willing to be flexible in duties from day to day and hour to hour.
- Has a Driver’s License, and is able to pass a DMV license check and have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Has excellent people skills, professional in their interactions with both customers and coworkers.
- Has a strong desire to reach and exceed set goals in all areas of the job.
- Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
